the weasel word here is “good quality”. you can’t do a double-blind study if the people who get the placebo drop out because they can tell they’re obviously not getting HRT. they rely on obfuscating this
IMO though it can take a while to retrain your brain, the actual *effort* involved pretty small.
Much like changing other uses of language (names, pronouns, emotes), the hardest part is deciding that the change is worthwhile.

it's weird to see someone do the "how come drawing skinny characters as fat is ok but drawing the reverse is bad?" thing.
all I will say to that is fat bodies are still heavily marginalized and stigmatized. that's it. there's nothing greater to it.
stores have no idea how much shoplifting takes place, they only know when stock doesn't match records. how much is due to human error, incorrect shipments, breakage, and theft is a guess. literally cannot know if shoplifting is on the rise.
this was a radicalizing discovery for me.
