Against official policy, I bring by Tern GSD on Seattle light rail because I need to be able to bike on both ends of my trips. There are no bikeshare options for parents carrying kids. Family bikes should be prioritized over space for other bikes.
This need to be called out at perpetuating sexist policies that privilege bikers without child carrying, errand running responsibilities. Caltrain would never consider banning kids from trains, why is it ok to make it impossible for parents who travel bike to use the system?
