It's a delightful idea! You don't have to fully abandon it, it can be an extra reinforcement of the action, if paired with a label, a clear call to action (such as "EDIT CAR" or something, I'm not sure what your actions are!) upon selection, for example. Don't give up on delight! Add to it!

it's official: something STRANGE is afoot. we decided to knock on the door and ring the doorbell to see if anyone was home and how they open that door. however, the doorbell to the neighbouring flat rung HERE.

update on the door: we've measured the distance from our internal wall to the door, approximately, and based on our calculations that door would have a clearing of around 40cm before it hits the wall. this is not OK.

i just found out the door that leads to the flat next to ours actually leads into... our kitchen wall. i have been playing blue prince and i fear the worst has happened: it has leaked into real life.
