It looks like Tesla is once again using parking garages to stash inventory. There are some 100,000 inventory cars worldwide. 99,998 after today.

Iran's women's team don't sing the anthem and it's news, Iran's women's team do sing the anthem and it's news.

In a world that didn't give a shit about them beforehand I feel really sorry for them being used as pawns like this.

They're just there to play football, leave them alone. #asiancup

It's not just anti-Jewish. It's anti-every other religion, every non-religious person, and every scientist. It's also totally unAmercan and unConstitutional.

It's disgusting. Hegseth needs to be prosecuted for treason as well as for authorizing war crimes and murder.

Trump too of course.

The lack of media coverage about the bombing of the girls elementary schools is shocking.

Fifty years after New Zealand stopped whaling, humpback population showing signs of recovery Breeding is getting more competitive, suggesting the population is growing, a new study shows.

This is a marvelous change not only for the Humpback whale πŸ‹ population but for all of us. We need to keep our gentle giants from going extinct.

Black-and-white formal portrait of Alva Myrdal (1902–1986), the Swedish diplomat, sociologist, politician, and Nobel Peace Prize laureate. She is photographed against a dark background, resting her chin thoughtfully on her left hand, which displays a large, ornate ring. Her expression is calm, wise, and slightly introspective, with deep-set eyes, fine lines of age, and a gentle smile. Her silver-gray hair is styled in a soft, voluminous updo typical of the mid-20th century, and she wears a dark tailored jacket or dress with a simple collar, along with a distinctive metal wristwatch on her left arm. Alva Myrdal was a pioneering figure in social policy, women's rights, and international disarmament. With her husband Gunnar Myrdal, she co-authored the influential 1934 book Kris i befolkningsfrΓ₯gan (Crisis in the Population Question), which shaped Sweden's progressive family and welfare policies. She served as Sweden's Minister for Disarmament and Church Affairs (1966–1973), headed UNESCO's social science department, and played a key role in the United Nations. In 1982, she shared the Nobel Peace Prize with Alfonso GarcΓa Robles for her lifelong work on nuclear disarmament and peace advocacy through organizations like the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) and Pugwash Conferences. Known for her intellectual rigor, feminist principles, and commitment to global justice, she remains an icon of principled leadership in diplomacy and social reform.#AlvaMyrdal #NobelPeacePrize #Disarmament #SIPRI

The reason we have β€œstupid rules of engagement” is to make sure we don’t bomb elementary schools.

Alas, "one phrase" would need to cover dozens of excuses. Getting someone to listen long enough to give up on their favorite reason for why we "need" nuclear β€” when their job depends on no one in the industry listening β€” is nearly impossible (and there are LOTS of jobs in the nuclear industry!).

Right, further proving the capability was there, from the beginning, he could've helped more with Ukraine's invasion woes. So too, could all of EU. Everyone failed miserably. I can't imagine how President Zelinsky feels, he didn't deserve that treatment by the world.

Zelensky has done everything he possibly can to satisfy this admin while he fights a war of survival for his people. And the Trump admin has done nothing but repeatedly treat him with disrespect, scorn & ridicule. 2 days ago, Trump called him β€œPT Barnum.” This is how Z responds.

Calling in the Clinton’s in for a closed-door testimony while ignoring other widely implicated individuals is no mistake. This is an active, and massive, cover-up.

Trade an overheated planet for a cancerous, mutated, disease-ridden one? Trust a failed industry to finally succeed? No thx! We cannot reverse damage already done: We can't cool the overheated globe, we can't remove nuclear waste already poisoning the biosphere. But we can stop making things worse.

I know of nothing that compares to the destructive forces of radioactive emissions, so generalization to "whole classes" does not work. It is a uniquely dangerous toxic substance, undetectable by human senses, unpredictable in its moment of harm/decay, created for no useful reason, at great expense.

Trump wasn’t satisfied fucking up just the USA, he had to start a war of choice in the Middle East. Iran was not close to having anything that could strike the USA. Trump himself told everyone he β€œobliterated Irans nuclear capabilities”. His words, not mine.

This should go great

I’ve been asked if I would support Sen. Mullin as Noem’s replacement.

The answer is a resounding NO. The rot in DHS is deep, much deeper than any individual.

It’s a question of policy not personnel. The Senate should not consider any DHS Secretary nominee until DHS and ICE are reined in.
