I've found much more secure footing lately with the people I've surrounded myself with and I continue to be so grateful and so thankful for you guys.

Y'all are helping me transform into a better person, haha.

The through line to my own life and why I lived as I have for so long, trying to keep peace and being supportive, even at my own detriment, was illuminating.

Hell, forming secure attachments, and finding people who love, care, for, and are more supportive of me to grow past old trauma... Man.

In recent days, I feel like I've gained a greater appreciation for Pink Pearl from SU.

That someone could appear 'fine' from the outside, but past trauma still lives on as part of them, and gets visibly worse if ever it gets triggered.

She'd fawn and make excuses, even if hurt by the experiences.

Martini had one of the best steaks I've ever tried, and I had an extremely good blackened chicken sammich and fries. Some of the best food I've had up here, no question.
