Very valid point! Iβm always a fan of less visual distraction. I think once the user publishes a website for the first time, they would understand that this is a dropdown. It looks like a lot of thought went into this new interface than what meets the eye π§ Thanks for the insight once again!
@lambert.fun the people need you!
I would personally opt for CMS category filtering instead of tabs. Itβs simpler to add a new category as a CMS item than having to duplicate a tab.
On the other hand, if you donβt use CMS elsewhere on the website, then you could try and save on hosting costs by creating this statically with tabs.
Itβs great to hear your perspective Kyle! Were there reasons for having the breakpoints switcher in two places?
P.s. please tell me youβre working on a new GSAP interactions interfaceππ»
Weβre up to 125 on the #webflow starter pack, seems like people are still arriving, give this a boost to help them find the community! go.bsky.app/Tij44E5
Having the preview button in the top left is going to take some getting used to π but on the whole I think itβs a good change, less visual clutter π₯
Ah thatβs great! I canβt make it to this event but Iβll keep an eye out for the next one. If it does end up being recorded Iβd love to see!π₯
Would love to hear how youβre currently using this in your builds @ale-sannazzaro.bsky.social I always find myself needing more component variant drop-downs.
So clean! Thanks for sharing π₯
