The new Nurgle release got me out of hibernation due to hype of new models, but what a disappointment of a book. LRL and Tzeentch both look way more flavorful. The inconsistency of GW writing continues.

Dusted off my dice to play my first AoS in about 9 months at a 6 player local. Nagash was fun and dusted some big models. This GHB definitely feels better, but I think there is a lot of room for improvement to go for AoS 2ndary scoring.

Get ready for a show changer
That type of synergy makes sense for game play, but thematically I'd expect Hux or Pryde to be leaders that buffed the little First Order dudes instead of Snoke who we only ever saw in scenes with Kylo, Hux, praetorian guard. I feel like Snoke's card that we got is very on point for his character.
Kinda weird that someone originally looked at Snoke, a character who never gave a damn about anyone, and said "hey lets make this dude's ability all about lifting up the little guy." Glad it changed, but several other leaders have abilities with no relation to their character which are misses.
Not even wearing a big hat to discuss the big hat army.
I found the easiest way to deal with painting Tzeentch was selling it all to some locals so it was their problem now.
"This will put off so many people" is so accurate. My Death Guard army is still sitting on my shelf partially assembled because the rule book felt intimidating. Looking forward to watching the future videos and learning what the hell all this means.
