We also have a Reolink NVR, like a DVR for security cameras, which has storage for all the cameras and you can see them all at once. it was pretty easy to set up, mostly plug it in and configure it. The videos don’t take up a huge amount of space afaict.
The storage is on the device, you don’t have to set anything up. I actually do not know about the doorbell but the stand alone cameras take a mini SD card. It will just overwrite old videos with new of the space fills up or you can swap out the card.
I’m a day late here but I’m super surprised no one has mentioned Reolink. You get alerts and can view the video on your phone but the storage is all local. No cloud storage, no subscriptions. we have a full house worth of Reolink gear and it is terrific.
