Clear a space of time. No commitments/having to 'perform' for others. Prep for feeling pretty bad (but remember it's going to be a phase and can be got through). Call in your support person/people. Take time from work if needed. ? x
I did ride it out. It was very hard without support, being alone. I think I did it by making it THE project. Perhaps that approach might work for you?
It's crazy isn't it, when we're forced into a loop like this? I've never had a GP who took side effects seriously enough. Don't think they can understand if it hasn't happened to them.
