At work a customer asked me how I learned Spanish and I simply explained I taught myself. He seemed skeptical, and asked me where my family is from. I told him my dad is Mexican, but stressed that he didn’t teach me Spanish. I did. Then the guy called me egotistical for clarifying. 😂 wtf? #spanish

5 months ago, I accidentally told a coworker I was pregnant while practicing French. Last week we had a real conversation and she was shocked at my progress! She told other French speakers at school, so now they all talk to me in French. I'm actually doing it this time! <3
