Apparently, it has been reported that our boy Luigi has recorded numerous sex tapes, which sources are describing as “highly stylized” and “cinematic quality.” And I guess that this news was intended to sour the public’s opinion of him.
True. Most people are not fully prepared for the level of investment and work that goes into raising and maintaining a flock.

I’m baffled that they’re saying all this as if Avian Flu is unable to affect backyard birds, and as if it’s a great idea for everyone to have their own personal potential disease vectors, especially in more highly populated areas. All absolutely terrible ideas.

So, not technically my final drawing of 2024, but definitely my last sketchbook entry of the year. After recently doing that profile of Count Orlok from memory and missing the mark a bit, i decided to refresh my memory and do an another somewhat more screen-accurate take on Eggers’ NOSFERATU.

No matter how much skill you acquire, drawing reveals something indelible about yourself that maybe even you don't comprehend. You're confessing, not flexing. We're connecting with your vulnerability as much as your talent. Hiring a robot to spackle over those faults is a cosmic goof.

Last night, I went to a Comics Reading event at an indie comics store/flower shop over in Northern KY. I never realized things like this even existed, especially not in this area. It was a delightful experience, and I walked out of there with a fat sack of new books that I’m excited to sit and read.
