On the other hand, it's totally fine to be disappointed that you spent hours or even days on something that only got 4 notes. You can feel both ways.

Ubisoft n’est plus, vive Ubisoft ! Le 21 janvier 2026, Yves Guillemot annonce la fin du télétravail, la fermeture de plusieurs studios, l’annulation de plusieurs projets et un nouveau plan « d’économie » de 200 millions d’euros. Nous l’apprenons en même temps que la presse – alors qu’aucun de ces changements n’étaient abordés lors des consultations obligatoires des CSE quelques jours plus tôt ! Le 26 janvier 2026, la direction annonce la mise en place d’un plan de départ volontaire qui va impacter 200 personnes au siège. On nous promet l’autonomie des « Creative Houses » mais quid de celle des salarié·es ? Nous avons négocié pendant plus d’un an le télétravail, dans des conditions parfois difficiles. Un accord est en vigueur depuis septembre dans certains studios. Piétiné ! On nous parle de responsabilités, mais celles et ceux qui brandissent ce mot si facilement n’assument aucune conséquence de leur gestion catastrophique.
Nous ne sommes pas dupes : plutôt que d’assumer financièrement des licenciements, on préfère nous pousser vers la sortie en rendant nos conditions de travail insupportables. Indigne. C’est parce que nous aimons Ubisoft que cette situation nous révolte. Les organisations syndicales d’Ubisoft appellent à une grève massive et internationale de tous·tes les employés d’Ubisoft les 10, 11 et 12 février 2026. STOP à l’obsession anti-télétravail aux plans « d’économie » uniquement sur le dos des salariés aux décisions jupitériennes au contrôle coercitif de nos conditions de travail OUI à l’acceptation de leurs responsabilités par nos dirigeants au devoir de sincérité de la direction face à ses manquements Il est temps pour notre direction de comprendre qu’elle ne fait pas ce qu’elle veut, que ce soit avec les bénéfices de l’argent public ou le travail de centaines de personnes ! Sans nous, Ubisoft n’aurait jamais conquis et transformé le jeu vidéo tel qu’il l’a fait. NOUS SOMMES UBISOFT

i'm feeling the urge to make a game, but i'm torn between making a textual adventure game which would be easier for me, and trying to implement gameplay in a 3D space which would be more difficult and a bigger scope, but truthful to the og idea🤔🤔

Hi everyone, long time no see. The global video game economy was bad in 2024, and it got worse in 2025. We had hoped that it wouldn't affect us, but it did. 2025 has been a rough year for us. Seed by Seed is experiencing significant financial difficulties, and we have to pause our creative activities. We're not closing the studio, but we had to let go most of our employees (understand: we fired ourselves) and we'll now focus on contract work to stabilize our company. Seed by Seed still exists with a few persons that will maintain our games as much as they possibly can. Nevertheless, Baladins will soon be released on consoles, and more is to come for Jump the Track. The Seed by Seed team sends lots of love to everyone who has helped us on our creative journey so far. Ce qui devait être une bd en ligne a évolué pour devenir un roman court, et ça y est, avec. La sortie de l'épilogue, tout est disponible sur nocteller.com/read/3289/35...
Sur un fond rouge dont les angles sont assombris et sur lequel on peut voir un dégradé allant du rouge plus foncé vers le bas à une teinte plus bleuté sur le haut, on voit les quatre personnages jouables du jeu Absolum. Karl est un Nain à la barbe bleu, son tromblon fume dans son dos. Galandra au teint bleuté à la main sur le pommeau de son épée et l'autre est entourée d'une aura bleu menaçante. Brome est une grenouille mage, il flotte dans les airs et son bâton tendu vers le centre est entouré d'une aura verte vive. Cider est en pleine acrobatie, la tête en bas.
