I believe it will drop in the middle of the night for me, so I’ll wake up for that (maybe they’ll do a live to count down with us…?), watch the MV, then back to sleep. After the morning rush hour and school run, when the house is quiet, I’ll sit down on my own with coffee and the rest of the album.
In the museum you could request a song that would play in a room with fancy speakers. We requested Otsukare. After a long wait (for the ajussi’s before us had their turn with old skook songs), they played…. Butter! 🤣🤣🤣 Otsukare was not available. Massive disappointment!
Of course there was a k-pop section and a big BTS display. This is a video I made of the BTS display in tje Gyeongju k-pop museum. A lot of the items were donated by fans.

On a short bus ride from the old heart of Gyeongju is the k-pop museum. An amazing archive of music in korea. From the first recording in korea in 1906, the Kim Sister (aka the first Kim-line), music focussed om the US and let’s please admire a young Rain!

We visited the Bell of King Seongdeok (aka the arirang merch bell) last year in the beautiful city of Gyeongju. Famous for its tomb hills, worlds first observatory and a museum filled with amazing ceramics. Worth a visit from Seoul if you happen to be there.

I’d crochet him a big scarf. There’s a lot of love and joy going into things that are handmade, and I would hope it would ground him and feel loved whenever he would wear it - especially when feeling a bit off or out of sync with the world
