What is the worst is when you logically know that these thoughts are false, and you have empirical proof. Yet they still persist and you just can't shake them, leading me to isolate myself and fail to properly take care of myself.

It is one of my favorite immersive space sims I have played, but once you really get into it, you find that it is a million miles wide, and about an inch deep. That said, if you have confusion over something while you are getting started, I might be able to help if you want!
