Trying to relicense a code after an AI "rewrite" (that has access to the code in the first place) is simply stealing. Even more, it is stealing infinite times (each time a copy of the "new relicenced" is used). And there is no "clean room" reimplementation using AI.

@kevinroose.com used vibe coding to add a specific (I assume well known) game to a website he was building on a talk on The Daily podcast. What he didn't realize is that he basically asked the bot to remember 3rd party code and steal it. Journalists live of IP, but third party IP doesn't matter.

The repeated use of AI will make us more and more stupid to the point that AI will look smart. That might have been the plan all along!
