Trans Kansas had their IDs invalidated overnight, for no other reason than that they are trans. EQMI stands in solidarity with our community members and advocacy groups on the ground in Kansas. Trans people are our neighbors, friends, and family members, and they deserve so much better than this.

This funding supports ensuring that students from low-income families have the same access to high-quality education as their peers; highly skilled and dedicated teachers; fund programming for non-native speakers to learn English; & help vulnerable children in foster care & without housing.
