I've been feeling that existential dread and tiredness, partially keeping me off of here. So I'm posting just to break the silence. (longer it goes the more difficult it seems, you know?) I decided I do want to continue with game dev stuff but probably not at the same rate.

Crumb of the walnut loaf was a bit denser than I'd like, even after some growth in the fridge overnight and a decent oven spring.

But! It tastes great, especially toasted.

Next time less whole wheat flour to help with a lighter crumb.

My first loaves of sourdough from my revived starter are beautiful, and while warm bread is delicious, I will wait to cut until they've cooled for at least an hour. The boule with the x mark has walnuts inside.
