A single potato pancake about 12 inches in diameter because I'm a very impatient cook.

Little potato morsels created from not being able to flip that giant pancake in the last photo... Hence chopped up potato pancake. Quite a mess, really.

When your potato pancakes turn into potato *pancake* because you're too impatient to do batches. (Then the one pancake turns into potato morsel things because that big ole thing won't all flip in one go.)

I've been up since 3am. This is going to be an interesting day. O.o

A group of groundhogs that build specialized skateboards based on what basically amounts to a giant Plinko game that involved chipmunks and hedgehogs riding tiny skateboards of their own. These are the things I dream about. Anyway - time to try to get back to sleep.

I've spent an inordinate amount of time here today, and I have to say it's been a great experience. I'm finding all kinds of fun and interesting sorts to follow. This has been my best social media adventure in a long time. 😁
