There's a scene in Ys X where a guy says he has to "take a wicked piss" and does so over the side of the boat. Another guy asks him to stop because ladies in the party are starting to giggle. Said ladies are like "don't mind us, lol" and god bless Falcom for acknowledging women are also perverts.

Legends was also Inafune’s baby, probably still is, and understandably Capcom wants distance. But now that Inafune has been called out in disgrace by Level-5, maybe the pretense at Japanese politeness is over. 🤷♀️
