Completed a run in Hades for the first time last night! Such a fun game, and my first clear ended up being on a weapon I thought I’d do the worst with (the bow). Not sure if there’s a “roll credits” situation but I’m gonna keep playing through for a bit because it’s still an enjoyable escape.

My very first game was Red version, which may have tipped the scales, but I remember being super excited when the Charmander episode of Pokémon aired, and sketching Charmander in middle school. Cool little guy!

Watching the halftime show muted while doing D&D, seems fun and I'm looking forward to re-watching with sound!

Fully aware that this is my own fault for watching sports, but man I wish sports betting would get reined in. So many ads, none of them entertaining, and money aside I feel like the betting world is a net negative (see: threats against players, players accused of cheating to help bettors).

Rolled credits on Eternal Strands tonight! Very fun game, recommended if you like action RPGs that are challenging but not super punishing if you mess up.

I still have to tackle hard mode for that game, but I’ll probably do that on my PC so that I don’t throw my Switch 2 in frustration!
