This was a fun on a recent project with someone who's English instruction was British-English and I kept getting confused why some words were always misspelled until I put it together.
They said "not just", not "just not"
I'm jealous now. I've heard that the "new" nVidia app can sap up to 15% performance just for having the "game filters and photo mode" option on, so I'd try disabling that. Otherwise you should be able to just about max everything.
