I have a Sceptre monitor, bought from Amazon for about $60. The sound is awful on it, but as a second monitor it's been fine. The graphics are decent enough, and I used it as a main monitor twice while away from home and had no issues with it other than the awful sound.
Dinner break over with! BACK TO KNITTING I GO! Six more sections to do on this piece!
1st section done, six more to go.
Problem is, I keep looking at my reference and going "BUT I CAN ALSO DO *THIS!* FOR ACCURACY!" and I don't think I'll have the time to do everything I want. I will do as much as I can and that will have to be good enough.
7 more sections to knit on this piece, then 10 rounds on another small piece, then it's a bunch of finishing work. I think I can do this!
Injustice Watch does good work. I've been using their (Chicagoland) Cook County judicial guides for several elections now, and it's soooo much better to be an informed voter rather than just relying on the qualified/not qualified ratings in newspapers. Highly recommend picking up a guide if you can!

Hey, thanks for watching the video! I do know about Acheron Shields! I just don't have enough sparks right now to get any, because I've been focusing on story mostly and not leveling. If there's any easy way to get sparks, I'm all ears.
I dutifully cast on the final piece of this section of my knitting project, and lo and behold, my other needle couldn't be found. I TRIED, FOLKS!
Instead I did 50 minutes of finishing work I've been putting off, so yay woven in ends?
(still can't tell you what I'm making, it's a secret!)
Dinner made and eaten. Still don't wanna knit but I promised y'all I would, so I will at least get one piece done. Time to cast on!

So yesterday I had a knitted proof of concept, right? I reknit it today. IT LOOKS GREAT! But now I have to knit 3 more! In other words, the fun part is done and now it's work work work.
But I will persist. Deadline and all that, and these things aren't going to knit themselves!
I am currently hard at work designing my next (secret!) knitted thing, and I spent FIVE AND A HALF HOURS today figuring out shaping for one small piece. But folks! I have proof of concept! I need to reknit it because I frogged so much the yarn looks terrible, but I'm pleased I figured it out.
