(EMUEagles.com) — Zac Sias, an assistant with the University of Kansas the last two seasons, has been named an assistant football coach at Eastern Michigan University, Head Coach Chris Creighton announced today, Feb. 2. A rising coach with experience at various levels of collegiate football, Sias will serve as EMU's defensive tackles coach. "Coach Sias came highly recommended and absolutely crushed his interview," said Creighton. "He is a great fit for our program on and off the field. He is going to take our defensive tackles to another level." "I am super excited to be a part of this family and to lead and impact these men," Sias added. "The opportunity to do something great and help maximize this experience for the guys in something I'm truly grateful for!"
