Completely agree, but I’d posit they typically have a different fundamental problem — managers who can rarely measure performance with consistency and accuracy to begin with, before you even get into confounding factors such as AI adoption.

I really wiffed that, it is supposed to be *your* testimonial, like yeah of course Jessie can spell it, so before her you couldn’t spell it, but that extra “and” in there really bunged up the concept.

You should lean into this to help with her marketing, like “before Jessie and I couldn’t even spell committee, but look she’s making an impact before she’s even elected — vote Jessie for commitee” (then make the last one have like the second t drawn in there by hand)
