BREAKING: A court ruled that our case challenging Rümeysa Öztürk's unlawful detention should move forward in Vermont, instead of Louisiana, and that ICE must transfer her there.
Nobody should be shipped to a detention facility halfway across the country for writing an op-ed.
THIS is CECOT - the “prison” in El Salvador where Trump is sending people rounded up in the US - with NO due process - so that they get disappeared.
Trump has “joked” that the next people to go will be American citizens. Who’s next?
