2025 had it's fair shares of ups and downs.

Some highlights:
- Successful Kickstarter campaign for Wicked Fox Games
- Launched an indie game on Steam for Plutonium Powered
- Got to help out in a small capacity for Wonderstorm's Kickstarter campaign
- GF visited, traveled a lot together

Steam Controller: Awesome, I'll take 2
Steam Machine: I would be more interested if I hadn't already built a Bazzite htpc. But it's still neat
Steam Frame: Too bad I'm not big on VR because this seems like it rocks

In terms of what it's offering for the price, it's a great deal of savings over the old All Access! I've only bought the Expo pass for the last 2 years because I'm cheap, so seeing the cheapest option be more expensive now raises a brow for me haha

So GDC pass structures changed but it's overall more expensive? The cheapest option was $299 in 2024 and $249 in 2025, now the cheapest option is $449 if you're an indie studio and even then those are limited with asterisks? Otherwise it's $649 at the cheapest...

Refusing to stop using the Xbox 360 controller as long as I can on PC. The newer Xbox controllers cramp my hands and was never comfortable with the PlayStation ones either. Today replaced that awful stock d-pad with this 3d printed solution and much better already :)

The first ~2 hours were definitely a slog, but I ended up getting very into it past that
