In its next chapter, the combined business, which will take the Banijay name, will be jointly owned (50/50) by Banijay Group & RedBird IMI. Jeff Zucker, CEO of RedBird IMI, will serve as Chairman, Marco Bassetti will continue as CEO, and Jane Turton, current CEO of All3Media, will become Deputy CEO.
