Not dumb at all. I’ve asked myself the same thing because I think the program uses the terms differently than most agents do. For QM I believe (someone correct me if I’m wrong!) that submissions are queries with an attachment. Seems kind of random to me so I don’t pay it much attention.
Goal achieved! I'm caught up on queries. Well mostly. Still undecided on 23 of them. Still, my query box hasn't been this clean in months. For those of you still waiting, I'm sorrrrry!
