I'm not at all surprised by this. There's even more data out there pointing towards Google's continued dominance in the search space, for better or worse.
Almost all ChatGPT users also use Google, but only 15% of Google's users also use ChatGPT.

I thought of Duplex right away! The real advantage will come when Google can choose your favorite shop or predict which you'll like most, and make the appointment for you. Doesn't sound like that's possible yet. Right now, it sounds like an extra step in booking.

Google has said links are less important than they used to be, @patrickstox & team analyzed 1M SERPs - their findings indicate that this is true overall, but for some types of queries, links matter more 👇
