Investment in large infrastructure projects like the Northern Powerhouse Rail, alongside local projects such as the Leamside Line, and integrated with better bus services and improved walking and cycling routes, will deliver better connected, more prosperous communities across the North—achieving vital growth without compromising on environmental goals.”
