There's a cool Foto Festival happening in a few weeks up in Georgetown. I'm planning on taking that bag with me.

So, yeah. I've yet to finish a roll with it, but this thing is so cool.

It's in my Domke F6 film camera bag, along with my Olympus XA, a Holga, Sprocket Rocket, Instax SQ6, with an empty spot reserved for my Instax mini EVO.

A toy, yes.

I believe there's an old roll of Fuji Superia X-Tra 400 loaded in it, the trademark green canister is visible through a tiny window on the back of the camera.

Carney's an interesting album.

It produced one hit with Tight Rope. All around great music with some weird psychedelic stuff, too.

Worthy of a listen, for sure, but of the three Leon Russell releases in my collection, it ranks third.

Yesterday was a good day for sittin' n'listenin'.

It started with Steve Winwood's Arc of a Diver album, next was Traffic's eponymous second release on CD.

Then Leon Russell's third solo album, Carney, on vinyl and lastly, it was Roxy Music's Flesh + Blood CD.

Like I said, every song is great, but I'd have to go with Voices on the Wind as my favorite.

It's the last song, and a perfect closer.

Great album. All killer, no filler.

The first album without Lowell George, it's just as epic as anything previous.

One review I read described the album as "kind of a bluesy cajun swamp rock" and I think that's accurate.
