Legitimately really curious how you even get started on something like this. I've been spoiled by cloud my entire career. How do you decide you're going to be on prem? How do you handle this out the gate?

Also been loving the new face for the pod. I'm so lucky to get to keep listening to you two.

What do you think is causing the move? Savings plans are definitely simpler from a customer perspective, but I'm more tempted to believe AWS is doing this to squash third party RI aggregators and resellers.
