It was a factor among people I knew. Even a few LBGTQ folks flew a rainbow flag for 🍊 before the election because of Gaza. I was mortified. I'm still not sure how they *ever* thought that was going to be better.

The central core of Trumpism is voter suppression and election subversion. Too many people only pay attention to this right before elections and forget it once elections are over.
We must take this threat literally and seriously if we want to have free and fair elections in the future.
canceling the commissary — and i would assume, exchange — program is a one way ticket to getting a bonus army situation. for those unaware, the commissaries and exchanges are subsidized grocery and department stores for service members, veterans and their families.
They probably won't, which is why I follow The Dworkin Report, Robert Reich and Heather Cox Richardson. If you read their works here or on Substack, know that they speak for many of us.
