I agree – an in-nature shot is nicer than a studio portrait.
I'd delete the 'This website is free' bit – people will assume it's free and it slows down readers before they get to the more interesting bit.

Thanks Steve for inviting me onto the podcast. It was interesting to chat about the up- and down-sides of using the law in campaigns.
The law is a powerful tool for climate campaigners – but it's also expensive and there are no guarantees of success.

The government is expected to respond to the Fingleton Review of Nuclear Regulation this week.
I've written to the Prime Minister and relevant Secretaries of State asking them NOT to implement two of its recommendations.

He said:
“Fingleton found Unnecessary red-tape… Well-intentioned, but fundamentally misguided, environmental regulations... I would go further.
In addition to accepting the Fingleton recommendations I am asking the Business Secretary to apply these lessons across the entire industrial strategy.”

"In his enthusiastic adoption of proposals to rip up environmental safeguards, Keir Starmer is showing the same misunderstanding he showed over the Planning & Infrastructure Bill.... There is nothing to be gained from fast-tracking developments if we destroy our environment in the process."

Following our legal team's advice, TASC is appealing the High Court’s refusal of our legal challenge because the safety of our coast & future generations is at stake. Plans for Sizewell C’s additional sea defences have...1/2

Will Ed Miliband approve oilfields he once called ‘vandalism’?
Jackdaw and Rosebank have spent years in legal limbo — but the push for economic growth could prove irresistible
Nice of the Sunday Times to ask my opinion on this hot topic.
I am quite sure Miliband will not want Rosebank approved on his watch. We now know it could generate 254 million tonnes of greenhouse gases. The idea this will not cause significant harm is laughable.

Street sign with a number of bird-based names: Oriole Drive, Lark Close, Kingfisher Drive, Curlew Way and Raven Close
Similar in Exeter. I have seen a kingfisher in the University campus nearby. But Oriole??? I've never seen one of those.

What bizarre comments by the judge. "some take the view that hen harriers are a protected species". it's not exactly a 'view'! Thank you for the report.
