ML tried to squirm out of the 204 LRV order with BBD because Rob Ford cancelled Transit City. They only needed 76 for Crosstown.
ML dragged their feet on everything related to the LRV order in order to try and get out of it, including not spec’ing the ATP equipment.
At what point will Toronto people just cave and drive an hour west and take a look at how to actually build an operate light rail?
