It's so funny Stephen Miller & co keep saying the military is no longer woke. Presumably the same military personnel were in the woke military that are in it today. Do they seriously not care that they are insulted by Miller & co in every media appearance they make?

In the 80s he was a higher up in a Nationalist Party, the MNP / South Wind. They were eventually accused of trying to coup Pinochet, so Thieme escaped and, according to one journalist, was involved in the assassination of PM Olof Palme (???)
He would go on to be an outspoken critic of Pinochet for years and would then go on to marry his daughter Lucia Pinochet in 1992 (??)
Colonia Dignidad would go on to become the site of Pinochet's torture prisons.
When Pinochet took power in a military coup later that year, Thieme initially supported them but then critiqued him for human rights abuses and neoliberal economic reforms. (?)
Patria attempted a coup in June 1973 (before the successful one on 9/11) and Thieme himself faked his death in a plane crash.
He fleed to Colonia Dignidad, a weird colony in Chile established by German immigrants who were also related to the Nazi party.
The CIA gave them money during the Allende years to sow discontent and terror, just putting their entire body on the scale to ruin the Allende project.
Thieme was a leader, and a third generation German immigrant. His father was part of the Nazi party.
