Deinocheirus mirificus was a huge ornithomimosaur that lived during the Late Cretaceous in Asia. This herbivorous dinosaur had huge arms with large claws that were probably primarily used for digging or gathering plants

Deinocheirus is one of my favorite dinosaurs. We discovered just the arms first (the name means “terrible hand”), and spent ~50 years imagining this giant terrifying predator, then when we finally found a more complete fossil it turns out to be this derpy-looking dude.
