yessss my feelings exactly, all of these need their own space...
maybe that time can go to just doing the work instead
this is why i so much more prefer forums and text servers because there people still seperate things so i can select what i can bear to see
but we're all on here so i sometimes just can't listen in to the conversation and i guess well
i miss when i could look at social media and not have to confront the whole misery of the current moment - like i know it's important for people to talk about these issues but also like i can't deal with the lack of divisions between contexts - sometimes i can't handle all the pain mixed in
last night i got so engrossed in reading a book that i read from 11pm to 4am it was such a nice feeling to be so deep into it without worry (until i was very sure i should go to sleep instead of reading more)
there is something about setting a timer for 22minutes and saying 'i will do this for as long as this timer is going' that gets me to actually focus better why does it work
