Today was Nantwich 10km πββοΈ
This is a lovely race to do as itβs pretty flat and was also my first race of 2026.
Went out with a sub-50 in mind so Iβm pretty happy with an official 48.17 today, which is a reasonable benchmark for the year ahead.

1000miles is a great yearly target - managed over that the last 2 years βΊοΈβΊοΈ
If you are looking to shake up your interval runs, find those Strava segments with the weird names & use those for your speed and sprint work πββοΈ
You can always revisit them again to see if you have improved!
I pick the ones that are between around 50 seconds > 2.30mins π
