【Silent Line】
Suddenly—
a communication line cut off, unilaterally.
Though I send out signals, what reaches my receiver
is only the magnetic-storm noise
from a galaxy millions of light-years away.
An absence called silence,
or perhaps indifference.

After three years of careful refinement, we finally published our TeleAbsence vision paper in March 2025 in the esteemed MIT Press journal PRESENCE. Building on this foundation, our team—led by Dr. Xiao Xiao, TMG alumna presented reMirrorFugue at CHI 2025 in April.

In February 2025, we opened the Radical Atoms exhibition at the MIT Museum, featuring SandScape, inFORM, and TRANSFORM. They have inspired countless visitors to reimagine the future of human–computer and material interaction.
