That’s always the issue. If you remove leadership, have a plan for replacing it. We didn’t with Saddam, and that lead to chaos. Same thing when fans rant that they want to fire a football coach. Your coach may suck, but if there’s no plan for what happens next, you’ll probably be worse off.
