Especially already coming from a deficit (agreed that mothers don’t train boys), it is hard to maintain the same standards of domestic labor as (most) women
Personally I don’t I want someone to do it for me as much as it is feeling inadequate for not being able to live up to her standards. I do try

I’m just curious what you’d think, and I know it’ll sound like a man saying “I should be rewarded for doing basic chores and helping out with children!” but I just see men making clear cost/benefit decisions when it comes to pursuing skills in domains of work or leisure rather than domestic labor

This is a portion of the problem, but I wonder if it misses quite a bit. There’s indisputably a massive skill gap between men and women regarding domestic labor, and I can’t imagine how frustrating that is for women.
However, I do wonder if there is a reward system imbalance as well.

Please change your pinned post to all of Wentz’s horrid misses. It’s a little more fitting of this season for so far (with a huge emphasis on the “so far”)

It’s a no-brainer. 15 episodes perfectly executed. Relevant and new.
Stands on its own merits, but it’s far superior to Severance S2. The highs of Andor 7-11 are higher, but Pitt is more consistent and isn’t a follow-up season of a dying IP.
Cannot wait for season 2.

Gotta be a hard/annoying situation to navigate right now for platform growth and engagement, but I’m super grateful to have your analysis over here!
