Judge Quraishi says that if ICE keeps arresting people and detaining them without bond under the legal theory that has been rejected by hundreds of judges, and any of those cases come across his bench, he'll immediately order DHS and DOJ personnel hauled into court to explain themselves.

Operation PARRIS is one of the most heinous things this administration has done yet. Trump’s people ordered ICE to round up 5,600 legally present refugees, people who have done NOTHING wrong, with no warning, and jailed them in Texas to be interrogated about their status.
We are horrified by today’s shooting in Minneapolis.
CBP and ICE are operating without any meaningful guardrails.

Family separation under the first Trump administration didn’t happen by accident, it was a deliberate choice.
And the playbook behind family separation is a warning for our present moment.
The Trump administration claims that ICE is targeting "the worst of the worst." But 5-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos, taken from his home with only a Spider-Man backpack and bunny hat, is not a threat.
This isn't about safety. It's about deporting as many people as possible.
I flew down to south Texas today to do my job - investigate why people are dying in ICE detention centers.
I was just illegally denied entry to Dilley Detention Center. Because they have something to hide.
Federal agents are pulling over off duty cops based on the color of their skin.
This is not a serious operation to enforce immigration law. It’s a performative show of force and it’s gotten way out of hand.
