Speculating here, but his contract likely falls under the MLSPA. Would have to reach out to both PA's for clarification here.
Very nice summary of the USL issues for someone like myself who doesn’t follow as closely.
I’m curious what this means for players on loan? For a player like Beaudry can he be loaned to R2 (or maybe even overseas) during a strike or is he stuck waiting?

Wells-ball looking much more cohesive. Portland's pressing has been poor and there's plenty of space opening up for the Rapids once they break that press.
Corner kicks are threatening as well.
Bassett hasn't been a factor at all.
