What feedback do you expect to get, British Gas?
Honestly after last nightโs performance surprised Finland hasnโt been tipped to win.
I just donโt get the hype. I love a Nordic country and I love a gimmick song. Itโs good - but there are better Nordic gimmicks if thatโs what youโre after, eg Finland.

Then you can stick with the entrance/interview main feed with a mini split screen to the parade action. Also avoids the interesting audio cutting.
The #Eurovision #TurquoiseCarpet order should be: artist entrance, straight to TV interview, then off down into the parade. Works far better for the TV audience.
Better legacy would be a professional production company working with local students.
But itโs more than that. Usually the carpet event is a TV show with members of the public invited. This is a parade through Basel thatโs being televised, making the broadcast more complex again.
The actual parade looks amazing for the city!

But itโs lacking some professional production elements: commentators seem to be lacking running orders and research, and thereโs some interesting TV directing choices.
