I don't recommend reading them in order, in fact, because they get so much better over time.

There’s a term for this experience (which I imagine many of us are having):
Moral injury.
Moral injury is the distress that occurs in response to betrayal by authority structures and being unable to prevent acts that go against one’s deeply held values and moral beliefs.
