A misty kinda of morning for you. I don't often get fog here. I always wished I lived in a place with lots of fog, like on the moors or something.
A full moon behind tree branches and tangled grape vine.
It was a touch moony out last night.

They used to taste good, but they changed the recipe around the time they changed the can shape. And then they got rid of franks!
Sunset over a river, framed by fluffy water plants.
I took a class in biology and I say that this checks out. ππ»
A hazy yellow sunrise glow through fog and a forest of bare branches.
This morning was a hazy one. Kinda spooky, kinda lovely.
"Stephens! This report you gave me is regurgitalite!
By which I mean it's rare and informative. Thank you."
My wife draws a good Valentine's kitties.
The kids are alright.
A drink of milk, no doubt?
Went out to feed the chickens today and discovered that my wife's favorite miniature chicken, Honey, had died. It's been a sad day.

A large V of geese in the sky.
Two geese flying toward a muted sunset above a river with hills in the background.
Sun setting behind some hills with a river in the foreground.
Red and yellow sunset colors just before nightfall with bare trees.
Just a winter's stroll along the riverfront with the fam. Water! Geese! Colors!
You remember correctly! I did a major editing pass while preparing it for publication. I added some scenes and changed other things for better flow. I felt Vivienne being a real person (who we never actually met) was an unnecessary complication. I hope you enjoy the book! π
Eudaemon by Erika Moak bsky.app/profile/evil... "hiding" under a kinky tale, the story has some rather searing critique of the penal system and how society treats the homeless. Both satisfying and very thought provoking
Did you ever listen to the Pontypool radio play? It's really quite good. Mostly the same actors but a somewhat different ending.
I think we have, like, a dozen or so? We usually expect to be inundated with snow or sleet at least once a year. I heard this year half the plow drivers were snowed in and couldn't get to work. Ironic.
A week and half after the snow and ice storm, it hit 60 today and it finally melted just enough to move our cars down to the house... and only now, tonight at 9pm, does the plow finally come to clear the street.
Better late than never?

We ventured out into the snow and ice today. We took our daughter to the local witch shop today and she picked out her first tarot deck. My wife is currently teaching her how to use it. It's sweet π₯°
Also, these two are at it again.
Weβre owed a few evil people deaths asap. Like 10-12 for Catherine OβHara alone. Come on fascist scumbags, get to croaking.
Holy mackerel! Ambulance came to aid my elderly neighbor (exhaustion), but it got stuck on our steep, icy hill. Neighborhood full of old ladies came out with shovels and helped us get the crew unstuck. Feeling accomplished. When will they plow us? That's the 2nd ambulance to get stuck this week.
You are gonna diiieee in there...
And by 'there' I mean congreeesss.
We've got the fire pit going in the snow. βοΈ
