I’ve been listening to the #audiobook of The Imposition of Unnecessary Obstacles by @older.bsky.social and I was thrilled when Pleiti mentioned Pern! Dragonflight by Anne McCaffrey is one of the two books that awakened my love to read, and I love that Pleiti must have been a fan. 😸 #AmReading

Jared’s imagination is one of a kind. Working with him changed me for the better. Read THE WEST PASSAGE if you want to have your brain exploded and pieced back together by Eldritch magic outside the limits of human perception. I promise, this is one of the weirdest and greatest books ever.

Folks have been asking what I’m looking to acquire for TPG. In a nutshell, I’m most excited by near-future sci-fi stories with characters that feel like they’ve been yanked off the sidewalk of our world and thrown into an exciting/weird/moving/wonky/terrifying/beautiful situation. Hope that helps 🙃
