Yes he went to the police! He could recover his accounts and might be also able to recover the money. Fingers crossed!
Yes I know! Unfortunately my friend sent money to the hacker, but we could remove the virus from his computer and the police documented everything. He might be able to get the money back.
He got scammed on Discord, the scammer impersonated a friend and made him download something and hacked the account. Then extorted him into giving me money to don't leak his personal info 😢
BE CAREFUL!! My friend @abinerrl.bsky.social was hacked!! Please dont interact with him for the next days, as it might be the scammer instead!! Wait until we sort this out
