This is a team-based Institute aimed at helping participants understand their own agency in an often overwhelming academic environment and take control of their work and the work of their institution. Deadline is February 2nd.

From my own niche: institutions of higher education should stop chasing trends, work internally to assert a set of values, and then build curriculum around those values.
